Hot-dip Galvanizing Line

We provide hot-dip galvanizing line with American-Steel-Union process, which can produce sheet with small spangles or without spangles. The product has good performance of corrosion resistance and coating adhesion, used widely for manufacture of automobile, household electric appliance, building construction and base plate for color coating etc.

Zinc pot: main frequency induction heating ceramic zinc pot

Skin pass: four-tandem, bottom support roller AC frequency driving

Tension leveler: single bending & single stretching /double bending & single stretching/two bending & two stretching, elongation among 0.5~2.0%

Driving control: main drive adopt SIEMENS AC complexor frequency control system
