Thickness 5--8mm, take the angle steel as example, the zinc consumption of BMW company reaches 43KG/TON, the thickness uniform is not well controlled 86~140um Expectation result: with advantage of Xinlingyu technology, take 5--8mm angle steel as example, the zinc consumption can be reduced to 36kg/ton, the thickness can reach 86--99um

1.1.2.1 Use of full auto special device for iron removing: your flux has no iron removing measures, with more production, the Fe+, Zncl2, and NH4CL quantity will be deviated from standard requirements resulting in bad galvanization, and zinc cadmia Our full auto special device for iron removing includes precise measurement+precise material adding+complete reaction+auto control iron removing, it can keep the Fe+ within required reasonable quantity, it also can stabilize acid, iron, ammonia and zinc quantity at good condition, optimized flux components, which is able to improve the zinc fluidity, the surface of gal. quality of working piece, reduce zinc consumption and zinc cadmia quantity.
